Our services
Approvio helps pharmacies and prescribers obtain prior authorizations from insurance carriers and keeps the people involved informed about their progress. Approvio is not a pharmacy, does not dispense medication, and does not provide medical advice. Decisions about coverage are made by each patient's insurance carrier, and we can't guarantee that any request will be approved. Questions about a medication or treatment should go to your pharmacist or prescriber.
Using our website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and to give accurate information when you sign up for text updates. Don't sign up a mobile number that isn't yours, unless you are the parent or guardian of the patient or otherwise authorized to receive messages on their behalf.
SMS terms
These terms apply to the Approvio Prescription Updates text messaging program.
What we send
Text messages about prior authorization requests: when a request is submitted, when more information is needed, and when there's a decision. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Who receives messages and how they opt in
- Patients opt in by entering their name and mobile number on our sign-up page and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages. Pharmacies that work with Approvio may invite patients to sign up, but patients receive texts from us only after opting in themselves.
- Pharmacy and prescriber staff opt in by turning on text notifications in their Approvio account.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving pharmacy services or of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with the progress of each request. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opting out and getting help
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you'll receive one final message confirming that you've been unsubscribed. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. To opt back in, sign up again.

Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.
Privacy
Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including our name and logo, belongs to Approvio Inc.. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.
Disclaimers
